The web version of Hypergraphia # 3 is a copy of the original paper version I produced in mid 2001.

I copied this over to the web as part of my "directed studies", the last unit of my Bachelor of Visual Arts course at Newcastle University. It's been a longhaul on that course. I had a physical breakdown in the middle of it, and then took a year off to prepare and recover from my Sex Reassignment Surgery.

But, I did the right course, and went to the right university for it as well. In a way producing a comic for the final unit brings me full circle to what I was starting to do when I first entered university. I've always done zines, and often done comics when I could, but with the Hypergraphia series I've finally got serious with them.

Early on I decided not to replace the text of the original with retyped fonts. I've kept the original and presented each page in this way so that if you want to, you can print an individual page directly from your browser, and it will look just like the original. Of course, if you want an original, e-mail me with your address, and I'll send you a copy.
